INQUIRY & BOOKING

  • All project inquiries must be submitted via email No Exceptions! If you initially contact me through SMS text or inbox, you will still be instructed to send your requests and all content through email at dezignboss@gmail.com.

  • All projects are DESIGN ONLY (with the exception of framed photo merges). No printing services are offered at this time. *(please ask me how I can assist you with printing service requests).

  • Projects must be booked with full upfront payment unless the total exceeds $100.

  • For projects over $100, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot.

  • Work does not begin until payment is received.

  • All requests must be placed within the site.

TURNAROUND TIMES

  • Standard turnaround is 2-5 business days.

  • Timely completion of your project depends on receiving all required information and materials upfront. Delays in providing content or feedback can extend your project timeline. If you take more than two business days to respond, the completion date may be adjusted. My standard turnaround time for project first drafts is 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of receiving deposit and/or all necessary information, whichever comes last. To ensure a smooth process, please allow sufficient time for project completion for the following reasons: Revisions may be needed, there may be a high volume of orders or prior work could take longer than expected. Please note that more complex projects may take additional time and will be communicated to you promptly.

  • Rush, Priority or Same-Day turnaround is available for an additional fee ranging between $50 - $100 depending on the project and availability.

REVISIONS

  • EFlyer/Custom Content: includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are $25 per round.

  • Logos: Out of the 3 versions, the selected one (1) is permitted (3) major revisions, each revision after that will incur an additional fee. If none of the presented options are selected, revisions are only to happen after inspiration is relayed. Up to 2 rounds of concepts are to be delivered. If a third and final round is to be relayed, the invoice must be fulfilled prior to. Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the draft.

  • Once a design is approved, any further changes are billed as a new project.

COMMUNICATION / ABANDONMENT / GHOSTING POLICY

  • All communication is handled via email or from the contact form here on the website.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for responses during business days.

  • No project updates will be provided outside of business hours unless rush service is selected.

  • If you book a service and fail to respond after one week of no communication, I will send two follow-up emails. If there is no response within an additional week, the project will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued. You will not have any rights to use any of the work that was presented to you. If I have not heard from you and you contact me after abandonment to resume the project, a resubmission of deposit will apply in order to continue work and receive the final project. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Please respect my timeline and respond in a timely fashion with any revision requests once the project has commenced.

  • If the designer CAN NOT make contact with you for up to [5 business] days after purchase, your service will be closed and no refunds will be issued. 

  • If the designer CAN NOT make contact with you during the information request/consultation phase including an incomplete design form of a project for up to [7 days] after purchase date and order form is additionally delivered, there is a reopening retainer based on project total (35%) that must be paid prior to the reopening of service. 

  • If there is no communication up to [10 days] after drafts/previews are sent, the current designs will be sent with no changes resulting in a FORCE FINALIZATION and CLOSING OF SERVICE with no payment refunded. 

OPEN PROJECTS

  • All purchased projects will remain open for the assigned turnaround time after initial purchase. Communication with the designer via design form MUST ensue before the turnaround time has elapsed if information is to be relinquished after the purchased turnaround time. No communication with the designer via design form or information email will result in the Ghosting Policy being enforced. NO EXCEPTIONS ON ANY ORDER.

FINAL FILES

  • Final designs are delivered in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format.

  • Files will only be released once the final balance is paid.

  • Source files (PSD) are available upon request for an additional fee.

PHOTO POLICY

  • Professional and high quality pictures are REQUIRED and preferred. Please refrain from the use of Snapchat filtered, dull cell phone, low resolution, photos with words on them, or harshly edited photos as they WILL NOT be used. Please limit the use of vendor photos since they do discredit and look less professional. If AI images are requested to be used, please submit for approval before confirming. Dezign Boss S2udio does reserve the right to NOT USE AI IMAGE CREATIONS.

PORTFOLIO CREDIT & CREATIVE RIGHTS

  • All designs remain the intellectual property of Dezign Boss S2udio until final payment is made.

  • As the designer, I reserve all rights to add the completed projects to my portfolio and other marketing materials for the purpose of demonstrating my creative abilities to potential clients. Reserving these rights allows me to post any completed work on all social media avenues. If you're brand is launching discreetly, please let me know so we can accommodate. If there are any concerns about confidentiality, please inform me before, during or after the design process

PAYMENTS

  • I accept all major Credit Cards (via invoice), PayPal, Zelle, CashApp.

  • Invoices are sent for payment prior to the start of all projects.

  • Tips are never required but are greatly appreciated!

  • Full payment is required upfront for all projects under $101.

  • Projects over $100 require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin, with the balance due before final files are released.

  • When given a QUOTE, please note prices are subject to change as the price list is a starting price. Prices change based on complexity of a project and how long it takes to design. Changes will be communicated.

RUSH FEES:

  • If you would like your service delivery expedited, a rush fee package will need to be purchased along with your service. If the rush fee is not added on, the standard turnaround time will still be enforced.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations can be made up to 7 business days before expected delivery date. However, no payment will be refunded.

  • All necessary details for the design including photos, logos, dates/times, and specific design requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment. Failure to provide the required information within this timeframe will result in cancellation of the project and a full refund.

  • I DO NOT provide refunds for my services unless I am at fault for a substantial error. Any deposits or full payments made are non-refundable. Since I offer customized services, the time and effort put into creating your designs cannot be refunded. I value my time and yours, so it’s important to communicate your design expectations clearly and professionally. Buyer’s remorse or project abandonment is not a viable or acceptable reason for refunds. Refunds will only be provided under special circumstances agreed upon by both parties. Changing your mind, opting for another service provider or cancelling mid-project, does not qualify for a refund. Buyers remorse does not qualify for a refund. Once payment is received, work on your project will commence as per the agreed timeline.

  • Once the final design is approved, the project is considered complete. Ensure you’re satisfied with the final product before approval. Any changes or edits requested after the final email sent, will require an additional fee of $20, as post-approval changes to colors, fonts, etc.. If there’s an error caused by DBS, I’ll fix it free of charge.

  • If Dezign Boss S2udio cancels (due to emergency or capacity), a full or partial refund will be issued depending on work completed.

RESPECT & PROFESSIONALISM

  • Dezign Boss S2udio reserves the right to decline projects that do not align with my values.

  • Disrespectful behavior or failure to communicate in a timely, professional manner, will result in project termination.
